Family Travel Keepsake – Custom Photo Light for a Sea Journey with Our Son

He’s only three.

He doesn't know what “the ocean” is yet. He just calls it “the big blue,” and points every time a wave crashes like it’s doing something new.
But we knew — my husband and I — that this would be the kind of trip he wouldn’t remember with his mind, but we hoped he’d remember with his heart.

So we planned it.
A little cruise.
Just the three of us.
No tablets, no work calls. Just open sky, salt air, and sticky fingers from too many mango slices.

He laughed the whole time.
When dolphins swam alongside the boat, he gasped and called them “jumping fish.”
When we took a family photo under the setting sun, he squinted at the camera and yelled, “CHEEEEEESE, OCEAN!”

That photo — the three of us, wind in our hair, holding each other like we never wanted the day to end — became the one I chose for our MoeCraze custom acrylic light.

“That’s when we went to the ocean, right?”
We nod, every time.

He may not remember the details.
